Ok but the videos I have are not the greatest quality so I want to be able to reduce the size - where in the code can I over-ride the theme's control?

Hi there,

The theme takes over control of the video dimensions for a couple reasons: (1) It removes the need for users to worry about using the proper size and (2) the theme needs to know the exact dimensions in that space so that it can properly center and display the video depending on the screen/browser size.
