Hi there,

In the second "broken image icon" link you provided, I see the following in the video containers source code...

<img src="LINK-TO-YOUR-IMAGE" alt="" />

This is why it isn't working. You need to enter a proper embed code provided by YouTube/Vimeo.

-----

1. That text is located in single.php on line 41...

<h2><?php _e('Posted by ','themolitor'); the_author_posts_link(); _e(' on ','themolitor'); echo get_the_date('M j, Y'); _e(' in ','themolitor'); the_category(', '); edit_post_link('Edit Post &rarr;','&nbsp;&nbsp;/&nbsp;&nbsp;','');?></h2>

You can make edits there, but don't forget to make notes of your edits as they will be overwritten when you update the theme.

2. The gallery is auto-generated based on the images that are uploaded/attached to the post. This means that any images that appear in the gallery have been uploaded from the edit screen for that post. If you don't want them to appear, you'll need to delete them from the media library.

Hope that helps!

Best,

Christopher

Hi,

It's http://yesimustaoglu.com
-an example of a working video: http://www.yesimustaoglu.com/en/films/somewhere-in-between/
-an example of a broken image icon: http://www.yesimustaoglu.com/en/films/clair-obscur-2016/
both do not display the video link entry box on their editing pages.

Also,
1. Do you know how to get rid of the author names on a news post, such as on http://www.yesimustaoglu.com/en/news/yesim-ustaoglus-films-in-italy/
It displays 'Posted by Uğur Yüksel on Apr 14, 2016 in News' --- I do not want the 'Posted by Uğur Yüksel' info both on the main News blog thread and inside the post itself.

2. There are more images displayed on the gallery of the below post than there are uploaded on it's media, I don't know how they appeared here and cannot delete them as they don't seem to be in there at the editing page. And the ones that are in its gallery do not have image titles but they have captions on the gallery. Sorry, a bit confused, hope the question is clear though :)
http://www.yesimustaoglu.com/en/films/waiting-for-the-clouds-2004/

Thanks for all your kind help.
Best,

Hi Chris,

The box where I used to put all the video links to appear on a category post page does not appear on the post edit pages anymore. Weirdly enough all the previous videos that I added are still there on the website :)

I used a code to add photos instead of videos at that part for 4 posts before and it worked, now they display as an error image html icon.

Would you have any idea why this happened?

Thanks and best,
