Hi there,

The audio feature and background video feature are not linked up. They load separately as individual files, so there really is no way to sync them up (that I'm aware of).

Regarding the bridge photo, you can change that on the Customize page.

Good Afternoon Chris,

So I tried to put a trailer as my background video, and even though the background video doesn't support audio, I added the audio and on my machine it plays just fine, but on other browsers and computers the audio is out of sync with the video.

I was just wondering if there was a way to fix this, where the audio loads properly, so that everything is in sync? I've looked at your other threads in the forum, and I know that your suggestion is to make a sticky videos page (at least to the best of my understanding, I apologize, I'm super remedial with this), but I have a tendency to mess up the posts, and was ultimately looking for a way to avoid changing it up too much.

P.S I was reading about how the video won't play on mobile backgrounds, I was just wondering how to change the static image. Right now the bridge photo from the demo is displayed, and while it's pretty, that isn't what we want to show on our site.
