Hi there,

Yes, only mp4 is a supported format for the background video. There should be an MP4 version. I purchased the same file and used it in the demo site.

If you can't find it, I recommend contacting the author for assistance.

I recently purchase theme, looks awesome by the way! :)

When I'm adding the Video Background I downloaded the Paid Magic Cloth, the format they are giving me on download is .mov, does this background only support mp4 as its not loading for me? :(
