Hi there,

I think the main offender is the image you have in that space. It's pretty tall, but you also have it aligned right, which is acquiring some additional margins.

To remove the margins, you can either remove the align right styling to the image or throw this in your custom CSS panel on the customize page...

#header img.alignright {margin-bottom: 0 !important;}

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Chris

Dear Chris,

I'm not shure what's wrong then: i checked the content.. removed the background:

you can check http://lichtbloem.com/test_content.png and see that the content is not pushing anything out!

hope to hear you soon,

Hi there,

The header area is designed to fill the screen with the menu. If the height of the content in the header is taller than the screen, then the theme turns off this feature and makes the header area the same height as your content. What this means is that if your content is really tall, it will push the menu down on smaller screens. This is normal behavior.

If you absolutely want to make sure the menu is visible on smaller screens, you'll need to make edits to the content in your header space so that it isn't so tall.

If that isn't something you're able to do, you'll need to submit a customization request in order to explore and implement a custom solution for your specific site requirements.

Best,

Chris

Hey!

I need your urgent help: next monday my website - http://lichtbloem.com - will be added to our press release, everything works okey accept of one major issue:

The menu is not visible (without scrolling down) on small laptop screens like the 13inch macbooks. I have made printcreens but i can't send them with this posts unfortunately.

If this means you have to customize the theme, i'm happy to pay a small fee, while this is a major hick up for us.

thanks
