My help and installation file STOPS at STEP 4... I paid and downloaded it from Themeforest.. Before I start asking questions that are most likely answered in that file, can you please provide a link to it or email it to me? Thanks.

Yup. If you made any edits to the theme files, be sure to make note of them and reapply after you replace the files.
