Hi there,

1. To create a blog layout, create a category for your blog (i.e. "Blog", "News", etc). Create posts and add them to the category you just created. Navigate to "appearance" > "theme options" and make sure you select the category you created in the "Blog Category" drop down. Lastly, make sure you add your new category to the menu by navigating to "appearance" > "menus".

2. I see the map button when I load your site. Were you able to resolve this issue?

3. I see the search feature when I load your site. Were you able to resolve this issue?

4. I see 48 posts on the map when I load that category page. Were you able to resolve this issue?

Hello,

So took the plunge to update the theme and wordpress. All went well UNTIL we checked the site.

its BROKEN in several places and after spending a good 6 hours over the forums and comments on themeforest am nowhere close to fixing anything...

The site preview (customiser) shows the site perfect. No issues BUT the live site..well not working..please see this screenshot: http://postimg.org/image/kv85xodj3/

Here are the issues:

1. cannot add image to blog page: http://www.mosque-locator.co.uk/blog/ no matter how hard I try cannot find where to fix this. I have created a new page and set that as blog page and added custom background image in options but no joy. Older version that had options framework there were NO issues...please see this screenshot: http://postimg.org/image/j5ewcu225/

2. Change map type button in footer - this seems to have completely disappeared. its not present at all in source code OR the footer.php file... http://www.mosque-locator.co.uk/

3. search Icon in header AND function - As with point 2 again nowhere to be seen... http://www.mosque-locator.co.uk/

4. All the locations we had before worked. I have updated the locations. They are visiable via home page.. and the single page too BUT when you go to a category page via the menue then..BLANK page: http://www.mosque-locator.co.uk/locations/europe/uk/

I have taken the following steps from what I have read in the forums:

1. removed the theme and selected a default WP one THEN readded the theme. No effect
2. cut/paste setting on customiser page and saved again - no effect
3. disabled ALL plugins - no effect

Not sure what else to do. I have done NO custom edits apart from change the footer url. Thats it.. No changes to any of the other files..

PLEASE can you help to get this fixed. Had a great theme until I updated to latest version 2.2.2 :(
