Version 1.2 of WordPress Wave has the following changes...

  1. Open "header.php"
  2. Replace line 79 with the following...
    wp_deregister_script('jquery');
wp_register_script('jquery', ("https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.5.1/jquery.min.js"), false, '');
wp_enqueue_script('jquery');
