Hi there,

Unfortunately WordPress doesn't provide a method to display a category page as the main index. I honestly have no clear idea why that is.

Have you tried searching for a plugin that adds this functionality? I'd be surprised if one doesn't already exist.

How can i either make my projects page the 1st page people see or edit the description in the welcome message to have formatting like the description of the projects page.
