Couple things...

1. Review the help file for details about the theme: http://themolitor.com/help/wpnavigator/

2. Review the theme options on the Customize page (appearance > customize). Make sure everything is configured to your liking.

3. Check out the walk-through videos I did. NOTE: these are for version 1.0, so it may look different than the current version, but the process is the same:
