I tried the same process again of uploading the logo under theme options and a link appeared as an attachment_id. Not sure what is going on.

I commented out line 32 in header.php and was able to get back in to delete the item.

I uploaded the image from my desktop and that's what showed up in the logo textbox area.

it shouldnt be http://quantum.esu.edu/national_convention/?attachment_id=78

how did you upload the logo, as it shouldnt be an attachment_id rather than have a file extension (like jpg or png)

I uploaded my logo to the Theme Options section and shut down the server.
