Hi there,

As this isn't a theme-related issue, the most advice/support I can provide is everything I already mentioned in both the help file and video walk-through. Beyond that, you really need to contact your host as they actually do ultimately have control of this.

Thanks!

Chris

I followed the instructions to create a php.ini file and pasted the following code inside:

upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 32M;

I uploaded this file to the /wp-admin folder on my hosting. But I still get the error message that my maximum upload size is 7MB when I try to add an mp3 to a page.

I'm pretty sure this is not an issue with my hosting provider as I am able to upload large files direct to my hosting using an FTP client... not sure if I have to do something to get the WP admin backend to "read" the new php.ini file?
