Hi there,

Try adjusting your theme options on the Customize page. If a specific option doesn't appear to be working, try changing it and saving it. This will "reset" that option and kick it into gear.

UPDATE: Sorry, I just saw this FAQ http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/faq-how-do-i-update-my-theme

I deactivated the Option Tree Plugin. I could set some elements like the Logo and the Donate Button.
But some elements of website still don't load properly. (ie: all the backgrounds, the footer decoration that have arrows to go to the top, and the Feed and Social Icons from the bottom)

What I can do?

I'm a happy costumer, compliments for your products.

I have a problem for the first time.

I bought the Politico Theme in 2013. For the first time, I would like to upgrade the theme to the latest version.

What is the best procedure to do it?

I did the following:

- rename the old folder from "wppolitico" to "oldwppolitico"
- uploaded via FTP the new folder named "wppolitico"

The problem is that with the latest version of the theme all the graphics elements (ie: the gray and blue backgrounds) looks all messed up.

If I activate again the theme that now is on the folder "oldwppolitico", the old theme stil loads properly.
