I'm sorry, but I'm sure you can appreciate that I hear this scenario 10 times a day with people who are trying to steal my themes.

I've had to make is a professional policy not to honor these requests, and as you mentioned, so has ThemeForest (probably for the same reason).

You'll need to contact the original buyer of the theme in order to obtain the theme. That's just how this system works.
