The updates require more than just updating the style.css file. Please download the latest version of the theme from your downloads page (free) and replace the theme files to apply the latest features.

If you're running version 1.1, I recommend downloading the theme from your "downloads" page on ThemeForest and replacing your theme files with the files in the download folder. This will be the best way to make sure you have the latest version of the theme and will require less time applying specific updates.

Does it matter if I have Wave 1.1 and replace the scripts.js file version 1.3? I feel like I might be using the wrong script from the zip folder when I download it from Themeforest.

Minor fix for the "scripts.js" file. If you're running version 1.0 of WordPress Wave, all you need to do is replace "scripts.js" with the latest version.

The latest version of the theme is available from your downloads page on ThemeForest.
