Hi there,

Looking at your site, I see it has been heavily customized. Unfortunately I'm not able to troubleshoot issues related to themes that have code/structure edits like this. In order for me to troubleshoot any issues, I'll have to ask that you revert to a default setup of the theme so that I can confirm your edits are not the cause of the issues you're having.

tried to update theme EventureVersion: 1.4.3 to the newest version.
no customisation was taken ... not even the uploaded logo or home site

wordpress is the current version
