Yeah. I tried the the customize page. I added the logo and it shows up just not any of the maps, just a blank black page.

Now, I found one of the pages for our trip to Vermont and it loads, but without a map or image of Vermont, just a blank black page wight eh details and gallery menu on the left. When I click on one of the gallery pictures, it doesn't open in a lightbox like before, but instead the image just loads in the browser alone.

Please bear with me as I think of ways to troubleshoot this. I haven't had a user experience this issue before, so I'm not immediately aware of the cause.

Did you try uploading a logo and configuring the other settings on the Customize page?

Yes, deactivated them all and still just the black screen and menu.

I tried to recopy all of the Nav files to my server to make sure nothing got missed. Same screen.

Activated Twenty-twelve them, it works fine. Activated NAV, black screen of death again.

There appears to be a script conflict. This doesn't occur in any of my testing, so it seems unique to your setup.

Have you tried deactivating/updating plugins?

I did that already but i did it again just to check and I'm still getting the same black page.

I upgraded from version 1.5 of navigator and from 3.5 of wordpress.

I now have Navigator 2.2 and Wordpress 3.9.1

Hi there,

Depending on the version you're upgrading from, you may need to update the options on your Customize page. One thing to try is to change one setting and then change it back so that you can click "save & publish" on the Customize page.
