Copy/paste the following into your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

body {
    background-image: none !important;
}

Just downloaded and installed the Curator theme. Am trying to remove the default background pattern, Once in the Customize menu, under the Backgound Image Tab - I remove the background, so under Background Image it states "No Image Selected" but the deault pattern still exsists. Can you tell me how to remove the background image so that the background colour is visible.
