Hey Chris,

I know how busy you must be...I am looking for a little help...Since I've used your Producer template for years, I purchased support, again.

Please help...I am unable to access my media library from the customization page. I can delete my current image but am not able to upload or access my media library to place a new image on my home page.

Please help!!

Hi Chris,

I cannot seem to change the background image on my home page. I can delete the current image but cannot place a new image.

I have the new image I wish to use loaded in my media library. When I click on upload an image, I only get the option of choosing images from my hard drive, not the media library.
