Hi, it was solved by selecting a different theme, and then reactivating The Navigator team. Sorry, I should have tried a bit more of troubleshooting before posting here!

Hi there,

That doesn't sound like a theme-related issue, but has more to do with your WordPress setup/install. The theme doesn't have any code that impacts the "add new media" feature of WordPress.

Unfortunately I don't have much to offer in terms of suggestions, aside from doing a google search for something like "add new media doesn't work" or something along those lines.

Would just like to add that I am able to upload from the Media - Add New section, and I can attach the image to a specific post from the Media Library, but it still doesn't help me much since I am not able to go into the specific post and select it as Featured Image.

Hi, I've just purchased this theme, but I have a problem with adding media to the map and blog posts. When I click on Add Media, nothing happens. I have tried using three different browsers, but same error. I've searched this forum for similar problems, but not found anything related to this, so I am afraid it must be a problem with my installation. Have something gone wrong during the installation of the theme? I am able to upload media using the Media -> Add New option. Wordpress version is 3.5
