You are right. I tried switching to other themes and the problem persists. I also deactivated all plugins and the problem still persists.
Any advice?

Hi there,

This shouldn't be a theme-related issue as the theme doesn't have any impact on the image upload/insert system of WordPress.

This definitely seems like a permissions issue, but I'm not certain. One way we can test if this is a theme-related issue is by switching themes and trying the same process to see if it works.

Also, try deactivating ALL your plugins you have installed.

Hey Chris,
I tried the method the article suggested. I changes image permissions. Yet there is no change. It is only showing default logo. But nothing happens when I click on select image. I also tried putting image file where the default logo is and use exact permission setting. Yet there is no change.
Please let me know if you find a solution.

1. The image system is managed and controlled by WordPress, so I'm not immediately aware of the cause of the issue you're having.

Hello,
I tried adding the logo through customization panel but when I clicked on select image nothing opens. Same with header image. When I click on add new image nothing opens. solution?

Secondly, I created image gallery page using "add media to the post" It gives me full screen option. Is it possible to see the images in smaller size/resize? Can I get a carousal look? I have zoombox plugin but I am not sure if I know how to use it.
