it doesnt look like you have your posts in the right categories(at least how its displaying on the frontend) also if its in draft I cant view it

I just installed this theme last night seemed to be working great then... the events/categories breadcrumbs don't effect the calendar except to gray out dates - showing no events for that particular category. I have categories set up as child to parent "Events" If I go into Posts-Catagories- it shows multiple posts under each categories. Not sure why that's not working. 2nd - I have an event that I have created/deleted multiple times but continuously gets shown in the calendar out of chronological order. I've left it in drafts but bosses will be asking where it is... very soon. What can be causing that hiccup?

I'd appreciate any feedback/help.
Awesome theme... sure I'm missing something.
