You can enter any URL you want on the Customize page, so you can direct users to any page you want. Anything beyond that would require custom services.

Thanks for answering.
The social icons at the bottom of the screen. Instead of using the twitter URL for people to follow our tweets. Is there a way to:
when user clicks on the twitter icon, it opens up the user's twitter account then have a tweet pre-populated, so all the user has to tweet what we want them to tweet "the pre-populated" content.
