Twitter Widget Pro is a handy plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/twitter-widget-pro/

The home page doesn't support widgets, but you can use that on all other pages.

Sorry if you've answered this before: is there a way to link a Twitter feed to to the theme so that my tweets can come up on the homepage and/or all pages?
