Thank you very much. This was indeed to due to my host's restrictions on file size. I successfully uploaded the theme via FTP by uploading each file and folder individually.

Hi there,

VYSUAL has a larger file size than most other themes due to the example video/audio files included. As a result, some hosting providers have upload size restrictions in place either for the FTP or WordPress settings. I am trying to upload this theme via WordPress, using the .zip file and it is not working. WordPress simply asks me "Are you sure you want to do this?"

I have tried uploading the theme manually via FTP but many of the options in the 'Appearance' menu are missing.

I've also uploaded some other .zip themes to make sure it was not a problem with my host. They seem to be uploading perfectly.
