Im having this same problem but when I Go to the theme options it only has a tab for general>test input. I'm not sure what to do now.

I got beyond the fatal error. I uninstalled the theme, deactivated the option tree plugin then deleted it. I then reinstalled the theme but didn't activate it. I then reinstalled the option tree plugin and activated it. At this point option tree asks me to import..I didn't know what to import, so I then activated the theme. So know I'm back to where I started, with a ? in the logo area. So how do I get something in the logo area that is related to my site? I am really new at this! every click is a learning experience!

Hi Jon,

The hex length error means there isn't a proper color code provided on the theme options panel. After you install the theme and install the OptionTree plugin, you need to visit the theme options panel and fill out the necessary fields.

Fatal error: Invalid hex length in /home/jtile65/oneearthclayandglass.com/wp-content/themes/curator/header.php on line 68 this is what I get when I try to install. I unzipped the theme forest zip, then zipped back up just the curator files, then uploaded to my site. The above error message is what I got when I previewed the theme. I didn't activate it. Wordpress was also updated this evening.
