The WordPress editor will differ a bit from the front-end because of styling there isnt much of a work around for that,

as for entering images you should be able to insert them via the editor and the image will wrap accordingly to how you have it posted

When adding a new post the text follows a given format ie: line length, that is translated into a different format when published without any indicators as to how the published version will appear. It does not seem possible to limit the line length and therefore manually tab a piece of text as the system assumes to interpret the move to the next line as a new paragraph.
As the way the final layout will appear is often important, is there any way around this?

Also it does not seem possible to embed an image in the text. An uploaded image appears to occupy its own space to the exclusion of any text around it. To get around this an attempt was made to drag the image so that it aligns itself with text, but this results in the text being pushed down or up and what text did remain alongside being paragraphed.
Is there any way to include an embedded image and given that published data is reformatted, control the outcome.
