For the calendar, the date is located in calendar.php on line 50...

get_the_time('D @ g:i a');

You can use the PHP Date manual to make edits to the format of how the date is presented: http://php.net/manual/en/function.date.php

Like on the event page, the date is : Dimanche, février 8th, 2015 but in french, you don't have the «th» after the 8 and you write it like that : Dimanche, le 8 février, 2015.
