There is an answer in this forum. Forget where it was. A container to delete in the editor (however when you do that, forget about using this tor right menu again)

Hi, I experimented with using a top right menu, decided it didn't work and deleted it. While the links dissapeared, the black bar background across the top of the page has remained. How can I get rid of it please? http://mtmawson.info/
