Found it!

The issue is with a color animation script. I've submitted an update (v2.2.1) that addresses this issue. If you have notifications turned on in your ThemeForest settings, you'll get an email notice when the update is available for download. I'll also post a new thread here when it's available for download.

I'll mark this "pending review" for now while I continue to look into this.

Since this is likely a jQuery bug, it's possible we might have to wait for jQuery/WordPress to address this with an update, but let's wait and see...

Opening a new thread regarding the toggle effect

Since the update to WP.3.9. the toggle effect is strange ... one needs to hover over it and then pull the mouse down.

Answers from Chris:

1. Regarding the toggle effect, YOU'RE RIGHT! Please open a new thread for this so that I can research this issue and have a thread specifically to address it.

2. Regarding the toggle effect issue, I tested older version of jQuery and didn't see this occur, so it appears to be a but with jQuery v1.11, which is what WordPress is loading. I did a search and see lots of users reporting issues with this version of jQuery as well.
I'll keep looking into this, though...
