You can add the following:

h2.posttitle, .entrytitle {
font-weight: bold;
font-size: 18px;
color: #000000;

1) Replace 18 with the desired size
2) Replace #000000 with the desired color hex value. You can use this cheatsheet to pick your color: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_colors.asp

Hi Jose,

The second link that you posted is throwing a 404 error. With that said, I believe you're trying to make the title of your Pages / Posts bold. In order to make that happen, please navigate to Appearance > Theme Options > Theme Design... then you'll see a Custom CSS field. Within that field place the following:

h2.posttitle, .entrytitle {
font-weight: bold;

That should allow your titles to be bold now. Please give it a shot and let me know if I misunderstood what you were trying to accomplish, or if you have any issues.
