Oh, I see what you mean. It's because those are categories, not pages. Categories display posts. Pages display page content.

Oops guess you didnt got my Q. Changing page#id was not my Q.

When you click on submenu: say U clicked:
Main Menu >> Academics >> Accreditation
You get this page (http://ummahnet.com/bha/?cat=17)

Again I have to click on above page icon or title header to get to the details page:
(http://ummahnet.com/bha/?p=41)

So my Question can't I go directly to detail page of submenu. Why do I hv to go to short detail content page, click n go detail page.

Images that represent a post need to be uploaded from that post.

Ah, that worked. So it doesn't like images already in media library?

@sickyd make sure you're uploading the image from the post page it belongs to. Try that and let me know if it's still giving you trouble.

I suggest you change your permalinks structure. Go to "settings" > "permalinks" and change it to "month and name". This way it will say the name of the page and not the id.

I am experiencing the same problem with the Thumbnails. The Molitor image is showing up, but not the actual image. The image I am using, however, is within 300 pixels, 166x110. Could you take a look?

What I'm asking is in all Submenu Items; instead of pointing to category#; can it point to its corresponding page#.

The "m" image is showing up, which means TimThumb is working properly. The issue appears to involve the images you're using.

Make sure the images aren't too large. Some users experienced issues using images that weren't properly prepared for the web. Make sure the images aren't larger than they need to be (shouldn't be larger than 300 pixels wide).
