Sorry, but this isn't a theme-related issue. This involves your local server and WordPress setup. The theme doesn't have anything to do with the import process.

i have wordpress 3.6.1 and when i try to upload demo_content file this error and warning will be shown :

i have no access to php.ini for increasing upload time

please help me to solve this issue
