Open up functions.php and change the following on lines 810-811 from this...

'thumbs-up',
'time',

...to this...

'thumbs-up',
'ticket',
'time',

Looks like the ticket icon is missing from the page pulldown, though it says it's available on the demo.

How might I get the ticket icon to use?
