Hey Wayne, here are some thoughts:

1.) What did you add to the CSS? Adding a style and inserting the <hr> tag within your HTML tab in the WYSIWYG editor should work...

2.) We cannot support 3rd party plugins that don't work with the themes. Most plugins do work fine, but every once in a while you'll run into one that does not. Have you reached out to the Plugin developer?

3.) This is not a feature of this theme. Though, let me see if I can get you some help adding it...

Hello,

I have three items/issues with our site that we are working on with your the Wordpress AID theme.

1.) I can not figure out how to get the <hr> tag to show up on pages. I even tried theming the <hr> tag in CSS to no avail. Suggestions?

2.) I installed a plugin that needs the use of the Featured Image in Wordpress but it does not work with the theme. The suggested method to make Featured Image show up (screen options and check it off) does not work as the featured image is not an option.

3.) Is there a way on the Blog posts that show up on the theme to show an except (or even better custom except) from the post under the title?
