When I load your site I don't see any issues...

1. That's not happening on modern browsers. What version of IE are you using?

2. I'm not sure I understand your question/concern. Are you wanting to change the color of the background? If so, that's controlled via CSS. You need to add some additional CSS to make color style changes beyond what is available in the theme options.

3. The admin bar at the top of the page is sitting on top of the info button. There's not much to be done about this because the admin bar is fixed to the page. The good news is that this only appears for logged in users. Additionally, you can turn the admin bar off so that it does not appear while you're logged in.

Good afternoon! There are three problems:
1. Scroll bar merges with the contents of the footer;
2. Color header not be changed. The presentation template is white, but I like all the background;
3. If an authorization under the administrator does not appear info panel.
