Everything is loading properly. Regarding the blog, it appears you don't have an image uploaded for one of the posts. In those cases, just display 1 post per page and that should fix any issues.

Again, the site is loading just fine on that domain, so there are no 3.3 issues.

Feel free to contact ThemeForest if you like. Unfortunately you don't have a legitimate concern as the URL you provided in the last post shows a properly working theme.

It did install into 3.2 but the blog didn't work. So another member said he had to get the blog by uploading your sample xml and that didn't work either! ...you can view that at http://www.justinlanning.com/wordpress.

Surely you can see I have done everything to try to get this to work and my client is suffering and you aren't paying my salary so this has cost me hundreds of dollars of my time! No customer should have to go through this!

Give me a break. I want my money returned or I will take it up with themeforest.

I've tried loading the URL on 3 separate browsers that have never loaded that URL previously and they are all showing the same site that I posted above.

Refresh the screen, clear the cache and you will see your broken theme installed into a brand new 3.3 installation with option tree installed. This is not a working site!

As I mentioned in a response to your email, I can confirm this theme works just fine with 3.3:

The demo site is running 3.3 with no issues. Also, the changes
to 3.3 have nothing to do with how themes display content. 99.9% of
the changes in 3.3 are to the WordPress dashboard and how content is
displayed there. Not on the front of the site.

Additionally, the URL you're providing does not show the Nocturnal theme.

If you're having trouble updating to 3.3, it's very likely that you're having a hosting-related issue as I have had 0 (read zero) issues raised from buyers and 0 issues updating the demo site to 3.3.

The theme does not work in 3.2 and absolutely breaks when installed to a brand new Wordpress 3.3 foundation. I have tried on two hosts and neither I or my client can wait for you to fix it. Actually, you are selling something that does not work including the blog. I insist you try yourself before you make statements that it does work on 3.3, because it does not. It will upgrade from 3.2 ok, but the blog doesn't work even with your dummy xml. I MUST INSIST ON MY MONEY BACK.
