Yes, uploading by FTP solves the problem. I had the same issue. The error comes because the file size is too big to install via normal means.

Hi there,

Thanks for the detailed steps you took. This REALLY helps me troubleshoot the issue you're having.
This message most likely means your web server is configured with low PHP settings that only allow a certain size ZIP file to be uploaded via WP admin. VYSUALIZE has a pretty large file size as there are some example videos in there.

I recommend uploading via FTP. Otherwise you'll need to configure your hosting settings to accept a larger file size (vie hosting provider tools).

Please let me know if that helps!

Best,

Christopher

I'm trying to install the Vysualize theme. When I try and upload the theme, it gets to 98% uploaded then displays an error message 'Are you sure you want to do this'. Try again?' There is no option to say yes/no. Adblock is not running on this domain. I've done this 5 times.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Downloaded Vysualize folder and unzipped contents to local drive
2. Open my sites' WP admin console
3. Select theme menu from toolbar
4. Press Add New theme button
5. Browse and open vysual_files_1.0.4 folder and choose Vysual.zip file
6. Press install now button
7. wait
8. upload hits 98%
9. Error message 'Are you sure you want to do this?' 'Please try again?'
10. If I click on try again it takes me back to 'Add Themes' in WP Admin
