if you havent mad any modifications you can I would deactivate OptionTree then simple FTP and replace the current files

I have the original theme installed already - how do I upgrade once i've downloaded the files from themeforest? Do I need to delete old theme and then install the new version?

I JUST updated this theme today actually :-)

Just visit your downloads page on ThemeForest to get the latest version. Also, OptionTree is not required in the latest version (1.2.0). It's now built into the theme, so you don't need to have it activated/installed on your site.

How can I update the theme? I've noticed that on several occasions my site would not pull up on the internet. GoDaddy said that the problem was most likely coming from the theme. Sure enough, when I deleted the OptionTree plugin through an FTP client, I could log back in to the site again. I feel that these problems would be addressed in future updates, so I would like an update as soon as possible. Thank you.
