I have verified that Vodahost runs PHP version is 5.3.19.

Hi

I have the same problem.

After installing the theme, before installing any plugin, the theme options menu is invisible.

I am running theme version 1.4.4 on a Wordpress 3.5.1 installation. I am hosting with Vodahost.

Do you know what the problem might be?

Can you verify that you have PHP 5+ on your hosting account? That's a requirement for the theme options plugin. Also, can you provide a URL to your site?

No. I never installed or activated the option tree plug-in. I am switching between themes while I am trying to get yours to work.

Hmm... At any point did you install/activate the OptionTree plugin? If so, you'll need to delete that and flush the optionTree table in your database (using the PhpMyAdmin tool).

Thanks for the new version (v1.4.4). Unfortunately, the same error exists. When I attempt to click on theme options, it comes up blank. "Reset Options" and "Save Changes" are the only buttons. What questions should I ask my web site host? Thanks.

I submitted an update that updates the theme options panel to work better with the latest version of WordPress. You can grab the latest copy on your downloads page of ThemeForest. Let me know if the problem persists after using the updated copy of the theme.

I have uploaded your The Navigator theme, but when I select Appearance ==> Theme Options, the screen is blank... It appears to be the same problem as maximmatthew. I have tried resetting options... no avail. How was mximmatthew able to get this working? Thanks..
