Thanks! I deactivated my calendar plugin and I was able to update what I wanted in Optiontree, then I activated my calendar again.

Unfortunately this isn't a theme-related issue but has to do with your particular setup. Try deactivating additional plugins you have installed to make sure they aren't the cause.

Hi there, when I update my banner colors and social media links, etc and click "Save all", it is not saving the changes. Also a color box does not pop up to change the banner color, I have to change the HEX code myself.
