Hi there,

No special tools are required.

This appears to be a WordPress-related issue as it involved the WordPress theme customizer. Eventure is just using standard WordPress functions in order to utilize the customizer feature. The theme is not in control of the save button or other features of the customizer when it comes to storing and saving settings to your database.

Unfortunately I'm limited in my ability to troubleshoot this as I'm not able to recreate the issue and there are no support resources for this particular problem on the internet (customizer is a relatively new feature of WordPress).

Have you tried a different installation of WordPress?

Hi there,

The save button only becomes available after you've made a change to the options available. Try clicking a checkbox and see if that makes the button work.

Let me know.

Also, please keep in mind... the WordPress Theme Customizer is a WordPress feature. Issues with the customizer are not theme-related issues, so I'm limited to how much I can troubleshoot any problems.

hi there,

i found this theme from theme forest.
then bought this.

i install this theme in wordpress 3.7 japan ver, php5
but, i can't use theme option setting(them customize...wp-admin/customize.php)
save bottom is no run.

why, happen this problem?
