I submitted an update that updates the theme options panel to work better with the latest version of WordPress. You can grab the latest copy on your downloads page of ThemeForest. Let me know if any problem persist after using the updated copy of the theme.

Hi there,

You need to create categories for them to appear in the box. Looking at your "categories" widget, I see you haven't created any categories with posts assigned to them yet. Do that first.

I think I'm having a similar problem. I'm trying to add categories for the home page, but there is only one category box appearing. I can select the category in that, but it still appears blank. The category does show up on the page. But there are not boxes for any of the other categories. I'm just using the home page as it came when I uploaded the theme and I just modified the logo to use mine instead. The home page doesn't show up in my list of pages, so I can't seem to make modifications to it. You can see it here: http://onpasture.com

Oh good. I'll to do an update to address that, but might not get around to it until next week since it's not a "red alert" update.

Are you not seeing the theme options panel? If you can, the box should still be there, but might not be visible. Try clicking where the box should be and let me know if you can still select the category that way.

Another user reported something similar in another theme, so I'm thinking it's related.
