I found the solution to fix this. First I installed wordpress via Cpanel Fantastico. I deleted that and download a fresh wordpress version and installed it. That fixed it :)

you shouldnt been using a plugin with the latest version, if you installed the plugin first you need to clear your database or do a clean install and then activate the latest theme, you can redownload the newest version from your themeforest dashboard

No, i haven't install it before. I am using theme plugin. I don't have the reload privilige on my host to flush the table. Is there any other way to fix this? I have fresh installed wordpress and fresh installed theme.

did you have optiontree installed before(or a theme that uses it)

you need to flush the wp_options in the Database and re activate the theme
