do you have any plugins activated?

tried loading a fresh copy of the theme?

try reloading the theme, it looks like its just not loading the css properly(use your browsers developer tools to see if its giving an error on a missing script)

Hi Again!
When i click on theme option the links are messed up general link and design are next to each other.....
