Do you have the OptionTree plugin installed? if so deactivated it and reactivate the theme

if you had the plugin active before the theme was activated you need to click the delete plugin(on the plugins page) that should remove the stuff from the db then reactivate the theme WITHOUT the plugin, if that doesn't work you need to reset the wp_options row in the database(using phpmyadmin or the WordPress reset plugin)

I installed everything as provided in the tutorial.

Now I am unable to configure the settings regarding the layout, as it is a blank dashboard, with no options.

Please answer asap,
I already have a tight schedule with my client.
