Did you upload the whole folder with the sentence "DO NOT UPLOAD TO WP" or just the theme? The folder you got after extract the zip file contains other folders, a help file, PSDs etc... you just have to upload the theme folder. Since I bought another theme I don't know how it's called the Politico theme. Perhaps "wppolitico"?

If you upload the folder which contains all the files Wordpress is unable to recognize the theme but a bunch of files.

Just upload the theme using a ftp to: wp-content / themes or just upload the zip file which is included inside the folder "DO NOT UPLOAD TO WP" via WP admin.

Can you provide a link? It will help us determine what the issue could be. From the sound of it, this doesn't appear to be a theme-related issue, but rather a WordPress issue you're experiencing.

I'd be happy to check it out though, if you have a link.

Hi,
I had Politico working last night. If I go to my web address it still shows Politico. When I log into WordPress I am at the home page with the original theme (21 or something). I can't access Politico on WP.
Please help!
