You have the latest version. The "Created" date represents the date the theme was actually created, not when it was last updated.

My bad. I was trying to install the theme through Wordpress instead of uploaded the wpchurch folder via FTP.

My problem as been resolved.

Also, the HELP! files shows the following:

WP Church Theme v5.0
Created: 04/28/2009

But some of the files have a date stamp of 9/30/10.

I just want to make sure I have the latest version (downloaded from my account at themeforest.net.
