Are you sure you're using the same account that was used to purchase the theme?

Unfortunately I don't have access to the Envato system to look into this. My best advice is to submit a support ticket here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

One other thing to try is send me a message from my profile page. This way I could have limited access to your purchase history if you purchased any of my themes: http://themeforest.net/user/themolitor

Hello,

I purchased your theme in 2010. I went to my themeforest as I realized I'd not received any updates for quite a long time and the theme is not showing in my purchased list. Can you please help me? I really need an updated version as my old theme is having issues.
