Please understand this isn't something to do with my code specifically. This is a limitation of the plugins with regard to how they work with AJAX.

You need to put a bolder warning on the purchase page. The plugins I've tried to integrate with this theme are very standard Wordpress plugins (Disqus Commenting System, WPML, Events Calendar, ADJE Event Calendar), and none of them work. None. Still, when I have a basic project to use this theme on I'll be happy to, because I like how it functions out of the box.

Hi there,

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately I can't anticipate how every plugin will integrate/work with AJAX. I wanted to make a single-page theme that supported pagination. AJAX is the only way to effectively do that.

Just letting you know that the final straw for me is that the theme doesn't work with WPML. So after a week or so of working to get it aesthetically the way I want, I have to abandon it. I think you may want to review your deployment of Ajax. There's no need for it to break every heavy plugin, and when it does it says there's something wrong. http://postimage.org/image/dcw41kwcp/
